Kindergarten is the BEST place on Earth!

Our school is taking part in an
 International Zoo

 (Pretend Zoo that is, not a real Zoo. :)  There will be no real adoptions going on. Although the class would really be excited if there were... they are beginning to LOVE our animal! )

Every classroom was assigned an animal for adoption. Our class adopted the hippopotamus! (We were assigned this animal... I did not choose. :)  But I am starting to love it!!) To get the class all excited, we made hippos. :) We found out the Female hippos are called cows, the Male hippos are called bulls and the babies are called calves. (The class chuckled about this information.)
